Placements are a lengthy process in the world of Executive Search. As turnover is less common, it does not provide a fast-paced, conveyor belt style environment with candidates brimming over barriers, eager to change roles. Our methods involve reaching out to highly skilled talent who are not actively looking and therefore not on the market. This way we build an exclusive relationship and future career transitions as well as referrals are abundant.

Taking the time to thoroughly vet each candidate is essential. This usually involves more than one lengthy call discussing experience, motivations, family life and remuneration. Through this extensive research, we are able to build a strong, detailed profile to our client.
