Introducing GAMA

We take our client’s needs very seriously here at FSP. It is the cornerstone of our company’s purpose and we are dedicated to evolving to make sure needs are met to the highest degree; the proof is in the pudding when we look at our new platform GAMA.

A lot happens during the hiring process. It is not a simple three-step solution of taking a briefing, sourcing a candidate and then putting them into process. There are many sub steps to be taken within those milestones. Many candidates look right for the role at first glance but only after speaking to them at length are misalignments discovered within their experience or career trajectory.

The filtering process can be lengthy and time-consuming. It is imperative that our clients are made aware of and can understand this – GAMA plays an essential part in this endeavour due to the nature of its facility. A significant part of our briefings consists of explaining how we work and a breakdown of estimated timescales. GAMA provides evidence of it all in real time.

A platform in which every little step can be documented, edited and monitored in real time by both client and consultant with a few simple clicks is an absolute game changer.

By granting access to the “Client Portal”, our clients can witness and track our process as it is happening. Now in our briefings, we have the ultimate visual aid to support our progress reports. This is hugely beneficial to the clients as they can check for any updates their own discretion, making planning and preparation much more efficient.

In most cases, clients will typically pay a partial fee upfront and then wait with zero idea of progress until a candidate is finally presented before them as interview recommendation. By FSP and our client working together throughout the process, misunderstandings are kept to a minimum, always ensuring client satisfaction.

This is a very unique tool we are using to provide transparent information and we take pride in getting ahead of the game and standing out within the industry.

We hold a lot of confidence and hope for the future to see where else we can take this function and defy even our own standards of service. This is just the beginning and we are only just getting started!
