Introducing Kayleigh Pullen
Kayleigh’s experience as a public health practitioner on the Isle of Wight, working on the primary care and older adult portfolio, was both rewarding and dynamic. She collaborated closely with local healthcare providers and community organisations to enhance access to primary care services, especially for the island’s aging population. Kayleigh focused on improving health outcomes for older adults by implementing preventive health strategies, supporting mental health initiatives, and promoting healthy aging. Her work was deeply rooted in community engagement, ensuring that services met the unique needs of residents, while fostering a more connected and resilient healthcare system.
Outside of work, Kayleigh enjoys an active and adventurous lifestyle. She shares her days with Oakley, her beautiful show cocker spaniel, who brings joy and companionship. Kayleigh is passionate about running, having competed in numerous marathons, half marathons, and trail run competitions, constantly challenging herself to push new limits. Skiing is another of her great loves, and she finds great joy in exploring the slopes. Together with her partner, she enjoys traveling to new countries, with Zanzibar or Tokyo being the next exciting destination on their bucket list.
